Purchase AgreementUnder no circumstances is this Kitten/Cat be allowed to roam outdoors. This kitten is not to be declawed. This procedure could alter the personality and cause aggression. Purchaser is responsible for proper care of the Kitten/Cat which includes but is not limited to good food, fresh water, regular veterinary care and indoor sanitary facilities. Breeder guarantees the Kitten/Cat to be healthy at the time of purchase for 72 hours. Of course the Buyer may have a licensed veterinarian examine the Kitten/Cat within 72 hours of delivery/pickup. If it is found that there is a serious health question, Buyer has 48 hours after the veterinary exam in which to ask for a Kitten/Cat replacement in writing. This request must be accompanied by a letter from the veterinarian whom performed the examination stating why the Kitten/Cat’s health is in question. Seller retains the right to have their veterinarian review and express an opinion regarding this letter. Seller is not obligated to replace the exact color or pattern, although the breeder will try. Seller will replace the Kitten/Cat as soon as a suitable replacement is available. Seller is not responsible for any veterinary fees. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be given. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping. Kittens/Cats have a 2 year guarantee against lethal genetic or congenital defects. If the Kitten/Cat should die or have to be destroyed due to a genetic defect before it is 2 years old, Breeder will replace the Kitten/Cat upon being provided a necropsy report from a licensed veterinary pathologist as soon as a suitable replacement is available. Breeder is not obligated to replace the exact color or pattern, although the Breeder will try. The necropsy report must be signed by a licensed veterinary pathologist stating unquestionably that there was a genetic defect. There will be no cash refunds. Breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary expenses or shipping costs. Breeder agrees to provide a complete record of all vaccinations for the Kitten/Cat. Buyer agrees to vaccinate the Kitten/Cat as appropriate for the age of the Kitten/Cat. . If the Buyer chooses to inoculate for FIP or FIV, Breeder will not warrantee the kitten, if said kitten should contract FIP, Breeder will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to subsequent vaccines of 3-way, 4-way, FeLV or Rabies. If Buyer fails to comply with any aspect of this agreement, Buyer forfeits any rights Buyer might otherwise have. Buyer is requested to isolate the new Kitten/Cat from other cats and kittens for a minimum of five days. Buyer understands that the purchase price does not include an airline approved carrier, airfare, travel to airport or interstate health certificate. An exam performed by a NYS licensed veterinarian, a NYS health certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian, 3 in1 or 4 in1 vaccinations and wormings appropriate for the age of the kitten/cat are included in the purchase price.
